Payment & Warranty Terms

1. Payment Methods:

• • • • • Payments can be made via cash or card only.
        • Cheques are not accepted.
        • Payment is due at the time of delivery.
        • For Garages, orders above AED 3,000 require 100% advance payment.
        • For End Users, 100% advance payment is required regardless of order value.
  • Warranty Policy:
    • • • Warranty applies only to mechanical and electrical parts and covers replacement.
        • No warranty applies to body parts. Please inspect body parts upon delivery; replacements will be provided only if damage is identified at that time.
        • Warranty stickers must be intact on each item. The warranty will be void if the sticker is broken or removed.
        • Issues found after the warranty period will not be accepted.
        • Parts will not be provided for testing purposes. Replacements will be issued only if the part is defective.
        • All used engines supplied are idle engines. Compression may not be visible and is not grounds for return or refund.
  • Order Confirmation & Cancellation:
    • • • Once a price is confirmed, it is final.
        • All invoices are subject to 5% VAT.
        • Order cancellations after confirmation are not permitted. Any cancellation will be considered a violation of our terms and conditions, resulting in account suspension from future inquiries.
  • Refund Policy:
    • • • Refunds are subject to management approval.
        • For card payments, refunds will be processed after deducting POS charges.
        • Refunds may take 7-10 business days to process.
